One-on-One Mentoring (1 week)
This is an opportunity for to have one of the top casino CEOs work directly with your high potential leadership candidates on leadership, critical thinking, resource management, and strategic planning for an entire week. Prior to arrival, we meet with your emerging leader and their manager, virtually, to get a thorough understanding of their development goals. Once we arrive on property, we shadow them for the entire week and hold post-day briefings with encouraging feedback, and we conduct a post-week follow and a final report for the emerging leader and their manager.
One-on-One Mentoring (ongoing)
Ongoing mentoring with weekly, biweekly or monthly check-ins, after in-person meetings to discuss development goals with the emerging leader and their manager.
Group Mentoring (up to 15)
